Soflo Domestics:
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. You may be wondering who is behind SOFLO Domestics and why you should entrust us with the important task of finding the ideal candidate for your household. My name is Pearl Wilness, and I am the Founder and CEO of SOFLO Domestics, a trusted household staffing agency in Florida, proudly serving families in Miami, Palm Beach, Naples, Tampa, Orlando and beyond. I’ve been a proud South Florida resident for over 20 years, and during that time, I’ve developed a deep love for this vibrant community and a passion for serving others.
That passion led me to establish SOFLO Domestics over 10 years ago with a clear mission:
“To provide Florida’s finest homes with the most dedicated, trustworthy, and skilled domestic staff available.”
Since then, we’ve proudly earned the trust of families and individuals across Florida and the United States, helping them find household staff who deliver excellence and professionalism.

A Background Rooted in Five-Star Service
My background is rooted in hospitality and high-end service. I’ve spent more than two decades working in five-star resorts and held leadership roles in rooms division management at a luxury hospitality establishment. I’ve also served as a Household Manager for elite private residences in South Florida. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into the unique staffing needs of luxury households—and how to meet them with precision, discretion, and care.
I set the highest standards for the professionals in our network, ensuring that every candidate we recommend is someone I would personally hire. When you work with SOFLO Domestics, you can rest assured that you’ll be matched with domestic staff who are not only experienced and qualified, but who also align with your lifestyle, values, and expectations.
