My name is Pearl and I am the founder of SOFLO Domestics. I call South Florida home, as I have spent a greater part of my adult life here, and have developed a love for the community and an interest to serve others.
My passion for helping people helped form my mission in starting SOFLO Domestics. This mission is to provide the finest, most dedicated and most trusted staff to Florida’s finest homes.
My background has been all about service as I have spent over twenty years of my life working in many five star resorts and holding positions in room’s division management at Fontainebleau Hilton Miami Beach and as a Household Manager for many private residences and elites in South Florida.
